Terms of Service

By accessing or using GoSocially ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance.

GoSocially is an AI-powered social media content strategy platform. We provide content generation, trend analysis, brand voice profiling, and content calendar management tools.

The Service is offered in two tiers: GoSocially AI (self-serve) and GoSocially Pro (done-for-you). Features and pricing vary by tier and are described on our pricing page.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using GoSocially. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant GoSocially a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating adapted versions for different platforms).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload to the platform.

GoSocially uses artificial intelligence (including OpenAI, Perplexity, Deepgram, and ElevenLabs) to generate content suggestions, adapt content to platforms, transcribe media, and provide trend analysis.

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and recommendation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing it to your social media accounts or any other platform.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality, or legal compliance of AI-generated content. You should verify facts, check for potential intellectual property issues, and ensure content meets your brand standards before use.

GoSocially is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to claims of defamation, intellectual property infringement, or regulatory non-compliance.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying algorithms or models used by the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that impersonates others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your full payment card details.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@gosocially.io within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After repeated failures, we may suspend your account.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime or interruptions.

GoSocially is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoSocially's total liability for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, we will delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
